As of 8pm on May 11, the Town of Hortonia had NO Provisional Ballots and had 3 outstanding absentee ballots that had not been returned. 

Of the 9 Absentee Ballots sent out 2 were rejected due to improper completion of the certificate envelope and 3 are outstanding(not returned)

April26th Planning Commission meeting has been postponed until further notice.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Open Book for the Town of Hortonia, Outagamie County, shall be held on May 14^th, 2012 from 3:00-5:00 PM at the Town Hall at W9702 Givens Rd. The Board of Review shall be held immediately afterward at the Town Hall on May 14^th, 2012 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

A LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR FOR THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, to succeed Rebecca Kleefisch, against whom a recall petition has been filed pursuant to Article XIII,Section 12 of the Wisconsin Constitution and Section 9.10 of the Wisconsin Statutes, for the remainder of the term which expires on January 5, 2015.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the earliest date for circulating nomination papers is Friday, March 30, 2012, and the deadline for filing nomination papers for the Recall Election will be 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, in the office of the Government Accountability Board.
