    Rescheduled due to family emergency of clerk.

  • Final Absentee and Provisional Ballots for May 8th Election

    As of 8pm on May 11, the Town of Hortonia had NO Provisional Ballots and had 3 outstanding absentee ballots that had not been returned. 

    Of the 9 Absentee Ballots sent out 2 were rejected due to improper completion of the certificate envelope and 3 are outstanding(not returned)

  • NOTICE OF RECALL ELECTION GOVERNOR LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR MAY 8, 2012 (primary) June 5, 2012 (general)

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Certificates of Sufficiency and Order filed by theGovernment Accountability Board of the State of Wisconsin, dated the 30th day of March, 2012, it is ordered that on Tuesday, May 8, 2012, a Recall Election will be held in the several wards and election districts in Outagamie County, as described in Chapter 4 of the Wisconsin Statutes,at which the following officers are to be elected:

    A GOVERNOR FOR THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, to succeed Scott Walker, against whom a recall petition has been filed pursuant to Article XIII, Section 12 of the Wisconsin Constitution and Section 9.10 of the Wisconsin Statutes, for the remainder of the term which expires on January 5, 2015.

    A LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR FOR THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, to succeed Rebecca Kleefisch, against whom a recall petition has been filed pursuant to Article XIII,Section 12 of the Wisconsin Constitution and Section 9.10 of the Wisconsin Statutes, for the remainder of the term which expires on January 5, 2015.

    NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the earliest date for circulating nomination papers is Friday, March 30, 2012, and the deadline for filing nomination papers for the Recall Election will be 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, in the office of the Government Accountability Board.     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Plan Commission/Town Board Zoning Workshop will be held at the Town Hall - W9702 Givens Rd in said Town on Thurs April26th at 6:00 p.m. A quorum of Town Supervisors or members of the Board of Appeals may be present in the gallery during the meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to continue the work of revising the zoning ordinance and map. Staff Planner Jeff Sanders will be present.   • April 3rd Elections Absentee Ballots

    Town of Hortonia had no provisional Ballots and 19 absentee ballots.  18 ballots were recieved and 1 ballot was not returned.  Board Of Canvas will meet at 9 am on Saturday April14th at the Town Hall to count late arriving ballots which meet the qualifications to be accepted.

  • Notice of Voting Machine Public Test March 27th 10am
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Hortonia, Outagamie County, will conduct the required public test of the voting/tabulating equipment to be used at the April 3rd, 2012 Spring Primary Election. The test will be conducted at the Hortonville Hortonia Fire Hall, 700 W. Nye St. (County Rd TT) on Tuesday the 27th of March at 10 am. The test is open to the public for viewing, but participation is prohibited. Chief Election Inspectors will be in attendance.

  • Election Absentee/Provisional Ballots Returned for Feb 21st Election

    As of the close of the polls (8 pm) on Feb. 21st, 2012; all of the absentee ballots that had been issued  have been returned and counted.  Hortonia issued no provisional ballots.
