Ordinance O2010.12.2 - Notice of Records Access
This ordinance, adopted on December 14, 2010, defines a procedure and fee schedule for open records requests. It is an ordinance that is required by state statutes. Town of Hortonia residents are welcome to give their input to Town Supervisors to insure that the ordinance gives them access to Town records, while protecting them from predatory outside entities; both in terms of the scope & quantity of the data requested, and, cost to the Town for providing such data.
