2003 December 9 Ordinance No. 6-2003 - An Ordinance of the Town of Hortonia Authorizing Issuance of Citations for Violations of Town Ordinances
Authority: Pursuant to authority granted under Section 66.0113 of the Wisconsin Statutes, the Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Hortonia hereby authorizes the use of a citation to be issued for violations of ordinances, including ordinances for which a statutory counterpart exists.
